Nithin's journey with Happlabs began in 2016, driven by a vision to create a user-centric application development company that views technology as an operational strategy to re-engineer business processes. Under his leadership, Happlabs has introduced the Happ Methodology, a unique approach to developing applications that are not only at the forefront of technology but also highly user-friendly, with minimal learning curves and optimized operations. This methodology underscores Nithin's commitment to delivering solutions that genuinely meet user needs while driving operational excellence. In addition to leading Happlabs, Nithin founded SurgeSend Inc. in July 2017, a platform that epitomizes his problem-solving ethos by simplifying and securing file transfers. SurgeSend offers a powerful platform where users can protect their file transfers with passwords, set expiration dates, and enjoy a range of storage options. The service emphasizes ease of use, security, and flexibility, allowing users to manage their file transfers with customizable options, including sending links to an unlimited number of users and storing critical files for specific tasks. Nithin's entrepreneurial spirit is further exemplified in HappAround.Me, another venture he founded in 2015. Felix George serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of Happlabs Software LLP, bringing a wealth of experience and an inventive spirit to the forefront of technological innovation. With a rich background in IC design and systems development, Felix has been instrumental in developing a broad range of hardware products and cloud solutions, specifically tailored for Internet of Things (IoT) applications. His journey as a serial entrepreneur and former roles, including Chief Product Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, have honed his ability to transform complex ideas into viable, high-quality technological solutions. Felix's remarkable qualities include an outstanding ability to independently initiate and explore new opportunities, and an aptitude for leading teams in the design of IoT hardware products and platforms. He is known for his strategic thinking, ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, and his proficiency in initiating and executing projects from inception to completion. Felix holds a Master of Science in IC Design from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. His academic background provides a strong foundation for his innovative work in technology development and strategy.

He has extensive experience in IT & ITES:- Software Development, Process Engineering Consulting, Application Support, ERP, Engineering Support, Embedded Development, Application & Engineering Support, Call Centre, Business Consulting & Intelligence, Process Out Sourcing, Technical Support, etc. with primary focus on customer orientation. Beginning his professional career with IT industries long with entrepreneurship, he has received Professional Master Certification in Business Management in Project and Finance, Master in Finance Control, Project Management Professional (PMP) in Technology Application in Applied Business Intelligence. He is also a well-known politician and an industrialist, also founder of several companies in Bangalore like s2technologies, sisoftsolutions, sipronsoft, IBS, IBPS, II3M, Etc. Currently, he is involved with SAP-AG, NeST SFO Technology & NeST Group, Infinite Computer Solutions Limited, Rockwell, Alan Bradly, Sonata Information Technologies Limited, SPAN Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd and many more. He is a social worker having an NGO and a businessman who is into various businesses like Mines and Minerals, Marine exports Etc. To establish Iron Ore business in Karnataka he has started Integrated Business Solutions. As the Vice Chairman, he is responsible for driving company's (S2S Group) business growth, marketing initiatives and financial performance in India.
